How to review and action requests

Managing media accreditation is simple with accred. Follow these steps to review and action requests efficiently.

Step 1: Navigate to Manage Event

Go to Manage Event, where you'll see any pending requests. Click Manage on the relevant event date to proceed

Step 2: Review requests

Here, you’ll find all incoming requests, including details like pass type, contributor name and publication name.

Step 3: Check contributor and publication profiles

View contributor and publication profiles. This includes important details like social links, unique monthly visitors for publications and past event coverage.

Step 4: Approve or Decline Requests

Decide whether to approve or decline each request. accred will automatically notify the contributor and publication of the outcome.

Step 5: Download your approved list

Once approved, download the final list to send to venues or tour managers, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
